Tracy Parisa Moise of St. Thomas Dies at Age 17

July 4, 2005 – Tacy Parissa Moise of Smith Bay, St. Thomas died in Puerto Rico on June 29,at age 17. She was a student of Ivanna Eudora Kean High School and a member of the Junior ROTC.
Tracy Moise is survived by her mother, Marie Ryan; her father, Lambert Colaire; a brother, Marley Charles; and two sisters, Eugenia Charles and Miracle Moise. She is also survived by her stepfather, Terry Ryan; grandmother, Joan Frederick; grandfather, New Colaire and her adopting parents, Eubertina Moise and Davidson Moise. Other survivors include aunts: Ursula, Emmerline, Daphney, Martina, Carlene, Joan and Josette; uncles: Lensley, Soames, Harry, Desmond and Royson; and great uncle, Cecil Fredrick Adam, as well as many other friends and relatives. She is mourned by the students of Eudora Kean High and the JROTC of St. Thomas/St. Croix.
The viewing will be Friday, July 8 from 9-11 a.m. at Kingdom Life International Christian Center, followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m. Interment will be at Western Cemetery No. 3.
