The Virgin Islands Democratic Party St. Thomas District announces its next meeting to be held on Saturday, July 30. It will commence at 10 a.m. at Victor's Hideout. The finalization of plans for the Labor Day picnic will be discussed, according to Glen J. Smith, district chair.
