Tires & Dengue Fever

I had Hemorrhagic Dengue Fever in October 2004. This type of Dengue is new to St. Thomas. The doctors in the hospital repeatedly asked me if I had recently traveled to Africa or Southeast Asia. They seemed to not want to hear that I had contracted the disease on St. Thomas. A child on St. Thomas has died from this form of Dengue. Politicians are playing with our lives.
