St. Thomas Racks up Another Homicide

Aug. 25, 2005 – Police are actively investigating the death of an as yet unidentified white man who was found dead at 12:45 p.m. Thursday of multiple gunshot wounds at No. 242 Estate Contant.
Deputy Chief Angel Hill said a "concerned citizen" who had discovered the body at a residence in Contant called police.
The house, Hill said is in the area Contant Knolls, but not in the housing community. "It was on a side street, near Contant Knolls," Hill said.
Police have no weapon, suspect or motive in St. Thomas's 14th homicide of the year. They had not identified the dead man as of publication. Hill could only say he was between 40 and 50 years of age.
As usual anyone with information on the crime is asked to call the VIPD Major Crime Unit at 715-5534, 715-5546 or the emergency number, 911.
