Dec. 16, 2005 – In a joint venture with the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Agency, the U.S. Postal Service is offering a Mailing Requirements and Rate Increase Seminar for Virgin Islands business customers. The event will take place on Tuesday, Dec. 20, from 10 a.m. to noon, at Gertrude's Restaurant, located at 114 Estate Castle Coakley in Christiansted.
The following topics will be covered:
1) Mailing packages to Puerto Rico and the continental United States
2) New postal rates effective Jan. 8, 2006
3) Bulk business mailing
