Can you top this??? In St. Thomas on the north side…our telephone service was out from July 2nd until Nov. 2nd and we were told we still had to pay each month even though there was NO SERVICE. Apparently credits are only issued when service repair tickets are closed out…How absurd is this? 6 weeks later I'm still fighting to get my credit.
