A Reader Questions VIPA's Financial Woes

Dear Source:
It seems all too easy to for the Virgin Islands Port Authority to state its financial woes on "the airplanes just are not landing; I do not have a magic wand." In fact, we at St. John Air Taxi, a Virgin Islands Airline, have been waiting for nearly a year for permission from PA to operate out of its ports bringing in what could become the single most important client to the PA. Perhaps, they should look at their files and current applications for filing the VIPA financial woes. Just a thought.
