Jutta James is Dead at Age 90

Jan. 18, 2006 – Jutta James of Herbert Grigg Home for the Aged, died on Thursday, Jan. 12, at Gov. Juan F. Luis Hospital. She was 90 years old.
She is survived by her daughters: Merlina James Este-McDonald Grullon, Amerita James Vegas, Floria James Steele, Felecita James Donastorg and Felia James Rampersad. She is also survived by grandchildren: Dr. Jorge Este-McDonald, Dr. Jaime Este-McDonald and T. Sgt. Jose Este-McDonald; Benito Vegas; Monifa Steele-Blaire; Reneal, Renan and Rissah Steele; Rene, Rael and Reah Donastorg; Joseph, Rodney, Romelia and Ingle Reet Rampersad; and Radha Rampersad Berry. Other survivors include 19 great-grandchildren and relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, Jan. 20, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church at 10 a.m., followed by interment at Kingshill Cemetery. There will be no viewing.
