Kirwan Elementary Invites Public to Black History Events in March
The Kirwan Elementary School is celebrating Black History Month from March 1 through April 1. The public is invited to attend the following events:
Thursday, March 16, at 5:30 p.m., Monthly PTA Meeting featuring a musical program by the school choir.
Sunday, March 26, at 3 p.m., Official Renaming Ceremony to Gladys A. Abraham Elementary School.
Thursday, March 30, at 1 p.m., Calypso concert featuring students from St. Croix.
Saturday, April 1, at 7 p.m., Dinner concert featuring performances by St. Croix students and Calypsonians: Derby, Whadablee and Louis Ible.
