Virgin Islands Mail Service Is Slow

Dear Source:
In response to the mail service in the Virgin Islands, it needs much improvement. For example, there are parts of Georgia that Express Mail cannot be received on the next day from the Virgin Islands; I was told it is a two-day location, yet you have to pay Express Mail rates. Let's not talk about Priority Mail; at times I would send a Priority Mail envelope to Georgia and I would take a week to get there from St. Croix.
We have to do better with our mail system; the people of the Virgin Islands are getting cheated. We have to pay the same prices like others in the United States so we should be giving the same professional service by delivering our mail on a timely basis.
