Dear Source:
Even though I am a naturalized US citizen, I do not consider myself "a true Virgin Islander." I have no expectations other than what is due me as a US citizen from these islands. On the other hand, my 19-year-old nephew, 13-year-old nephew and eight year old daughter were all born here. I consider them to be "true Virgin Islanders" and as such they are entitled to "jump the line." They are stakeholders in the future of the Virgin Islands. Treat them as such.
