June 21, 2006 – Inez Harris, better known as Nez, died on June 17, at her residence. She was born on December 30, 1905 and was 100 years old.
She is survived by her nephews: Alvah Sebastien, Liston Rimpel, Auguste Rimpel and Rudolph Sebastien Jr. She is also survived by niece, Helen Sebastien Gabriel; adopted sister, Ruth Dennery; six great nieces; nine great nephews; eight great-great nieces and 13 great-great nephews, as well as many relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
There will be a viewing held from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., on Sunday, June 25, at John Thomas Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m., on Monday, June 26, at All Saints Cathedral, Garden Street. Interment will be in Western Cemetery No. 1.
