June 22, 2006 – St. Croix will have a Health and Beauty Fair, sponsored by Sen. Craig Barshinger, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday, June 24, in the Center Court of Sunshine Mall. The fair, entitled "The Mind, Body, Soul & Spirit Expo," is free and open to everyone.
Members of the American Cancer Society, the American Red Cross, Indulgence Saloon & Spa, Per Ankh, The University of the Virgin Islands Medical Services and others will be on hand to provide CPR training, hurricane preparedness, beauty makeovers, holistic living, herbal and medicinal remedies, tai chi, blood pressure and glucose screening, and nutrition and fitness education.
