June 27, 2006 – The Virgin Islands Basketball Federation will have a free basketball camp. The "Gimme the Rock" camp begins July 3 and runs through July 7, at the Bertha B. Boschulte Middle School.
The camp is free and includes lunch. It is open to the first 100 girls and boys between the ages of 12 and 17 who sign up. In addition to improving one's basketball skills, presentations will be made on life skills
Registration forms can be obtained from the Office of Sen. Usie Richards and the Election System Offices or at the Legal Services office. Parents will be responsible for drop-off and pick-up of participants.
