VICARE Will Have 12th Annual HIV Testing Day
Virgin Islands Community AIDS Resource and Education Inc. encourages everyone to get tested on National HIV Testing Day.
VICARE will provide free and confidential testing from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., on Tuesday, June 27 at its office in Vitraco Mall. The results will come back in a week or so. Several staff members will travel to various locations on St. Croix to reach out to the community and provide one-on-one dialogue.
AIDS is a crisis in the V.I., which has the third highest AIDS rates per capita and the highest HIV prevalence in the United States.
