Police Identify Latest Homicide Victim

July 4, 2006 – The body of a man found Saturday, washed up on the rocks near the beach at Point Pleasant Resort in Smith Bay with his hands and legs bound, has been identified as 23-year-old Kibwe Reid of St. Thomas.
Few other details have been made available about what police now deem a homicide (See "Brief: Body Found Near Point Pleasant Yet to be Identified").
Anyone who may have information about the incident is asked to call the Major Crime Unit at 715-5534, 715-5546 or the hotline at 715-5544.
