Mariana Acevedo Dies at Age 53

July 5, 2006 – Mariana Acevedo, also known as " Tula," passed away at the Gov. Juan F. Luis Hospital. She lived at the Nicasio Nico Housing Community and was 53 years old.
She is survived by her mother, Genoveva Ledesma; daughter, Ana B. Ramirez; sons: Ulyssis Fletcher and John Ryan Valentin; and grandchildren: Minoshka, Juliana Julissa, Nereida, Nielza and Ulyssies Fletcher, and Tiana, Tatiana and Victor Ramirez. Other survivors include sisters: Julia Felix, Luz Ayala, Romelia Flynn, Paula Redfield, Marisol Melendez and Alicia Camacho; brothers: Juan Ayala, Inocencio Ayala, Norberto Avevedo and Luis Acevedo; as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
The family will be accepting visitors and friends to a special service at the family residence at 7 p.m., on Thursday, July 6, at No. 33 Tan Tan Terrace.
There will be a viewing from 11 a.m. to noon, on Friday, July 7, at the Iglesia de Dios Pentecostal, 41 M La Grande Princesse. The funeral service will begin at noon. Interment follows at the Kingshill Cemetery.
