Mail That Is Not Delivered in a Timely Manner

Dear Source:
There is no excuse for the mail delivery, or lack of or delay of delivery! Perhaps all St. Thomas mail should be directed to a larger more able facility than San Juan. There is no excuse why regular mail takes a week and priority mail seven to ten days to be delivered. Of course, I guess we should be pleased we get it at all.
I hope Christensen's visit will help identify the problem.
