Dear Source:
I am greatly discouraged by the continued growth of the PSC as an institution, with no corresponding improvement in consumer protection in matters relating to public utilities. We pay more and get less from our public utilities every year. It seems from news reports of PSC appearances before the legislature that the primary focus of many of the current commissioners is simply a hunt for a full time, high salaried job for themselves.
