Aug. 14, 2006 – The Department of Planning and Natural Resources announced that Sunday, Sept. 10 through Saturday, Sept. 16 is designated as Library Amnesty Week at the Enid Baa Public Library. This special week is a time when the library forgives fines for over-due books for all patrons who come to the library and return books and other materials.
