Aug. 17, 2006 – Virgin Islands Toastmasters Club 4040 invites all who are interested in improving their public speaking to visit their meetings. They are held at 6 p.m., on the first and third Wednesday of each month, at the Chamber of Commerce. A special invitation goes out to all candidates for public office who can benefit from the Toastmasters experience. Self-improvement is the best quality of a true leader.
