Decision Strategies are Needed

Dear Source:
My personal view on the problems facing St.Croix Virgin Islands are the people in Government, who are not for the people. Cyril E. King was for the Crucian People. This Governor made sure his people came first. Today down islanders have come to make home in this beautiful U.S. paradise and have been permitted to make their own judgement calls to benefit who???? Themselves! Where are the jobs for the people? Where are the resources needed to assist the illiterates? Where are the funds needed to concentrate on rebuilding what once was an Island? Who is related to who in Government? Let's be for real. Nearly everyone is related. Corruption starts when you have conflicts of interest!! All it takes is one level headed sharp motivator to sit down and put a strategic plan into effect. Concentrate on all problem areas and one by one demand answers by PROTESTING!!! Get Answers for the people. Lead the People…. Get moving… If schools are troubled put in place Security Guards at the entrances and exits, secure the children who go to school to learn. Enforce strict rules for all students. School uniforms are outrageously expensive, parents have to purchase learning books through out the year for their children?? Nonsense! This is U.S. territory for heaven's sake. Education is free in the United States of America! Let's concentrate on the Nursing Homes, let's reach out to the lonely elders, let's introduce Mental Health, let's have a boot camp for repeated juvenile offenders, let's teach. Clean the streets from vagrants and lock them up in a facility where they won't interfere with tourists. Concentrate on the problem areas and begin to make a difference. I can go on.
