Rachel M. Lake Dies at 83

Sept. 13, 2006 – Rachel M. Lake, aka "Ms. Lake," died on Sept. 10, at the Schneider Regional Medical Center. She was 83 years old.
She is survived by sons: Levingston, Morris and Collin Lake; daughters: Yvette Abraham and Agnes Lake-Penn; son-in-law, Rupert Abraham; and sister-in-law, Carmencita Richardson. Other survivors include eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and many relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
The first viewing will be held from 2-3 p.m., on Saturday, Sept. 16, at Christ Church Methodist on St. Thomas, with a funeral service immediately following at the church. A second viewing will be held from 2-3 p.m., on Tuesday, Sept. 19, at Ebenezer Methodist Church in Valley Anguilla, with a funeral service immediately following at the church. Interment will be at Ebenezer Methodist Church Cemetery in Valley Anguilla.
All arrangements are by Davis Funeral Home, 774-1464.
