Is Business More Important Than Children?

Gov. Turnbull's reaction to the amendment requiring all club and bar owners to check the IDs of younger customers as a "burden" is irresponsible. This is a common practice in the mainland and is as simple as collecting a credit card for payment. Why does Gov. Turnbull want to promote underage drinking? Why does he place his business supporters over the children of the Virgin Islands?
