Sen. Barshinger's Legislation on WAPA

Sept. 29, 2006 – I'd like to be the first to congratulate Senator at Large Craig Barshinger on his public announcement at a St. Thomas UVI presentation.
Senator Barshinger announced that he was introducing legislation to have WAPA switch from burning expensive fuel oil to economical petroleum coke–a byproduct of Hovensa's refining process–and cut our electric bills in half.
