Oct. 6, 2006 Rora Turner, better known as "Alaska," died on Oct. 2, at the age of 50.
He is survived by his wife, Louise; son, Roy; and daughter; Tasha. He is also survived by brothers: Bernard, Milton and Larry; grandchildren: Tatyana, A.J., Jalen, Mellisa and Alex; and other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A memorial service will be held from 5:30-7:30 p.m., on Tuesday, Oct. 10, at the Davis Funeral Home Chapel.
All funeral arrangements are by the Davis Funeral Home, 774-1464.
