Oct. 23, 2006 The Second Annual Red Ribbon Week Coloring Contest will be held from Oct. 22- through Oct. 28. There will be three age groups for the coloring contest: 5-6 year olds, 7-9 year olds and 10-12 year olds. The deadline for contest entries is Oct. 27, and the winners will be announced soon afterwards.
The theme this year is "Sailing Through Life Drug Free," and contestants must have a red ribbon incorporated somewhere in the picture. The pictures are judged on creativity, artistic ability and the use of the red ribbon. The posters should be done on an 8
