Historical Society Will Feature Speaker

Oct. 24, 2006 – The St. John Historical Society will hold its first meeting of the new season at 7 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 14, at the Bethany Moravian Church Hall. Basil Ottley will speak on "Cultural Prospectives for Future Generations."
Ottley comes from an esteemed St. Thomas family of community activists and politicians. He holds a master's degree in public policy from Duke University, is Sen. Louis Hill's chief of staff, and is also a senatorial candidate for the Virgin Islands Legislature.
