How much in taxes has the V.I. lost with the purchase of Lindqvist Beach in St. Thomas? How much in taxes would the V.I. lose with the purchase of Vessup Beach in St. Thomas?
How many new employs have or would be added because of the purchases (use Water Island as a base-line)? How about the cost of additional infrastructure?
How much in taxes would the V.I. lose with the purchase of Innovative VITELCO? How many of the principal's employees would be added to the payroll? How many new employees would be added (use Water Island as a baseline)? How about maintenance and obsolescence (in a fast changing technological world)?
What is the top bonding (borrowing) limit for the Virgin Islands?
Can (or will) anyone be able to answer these questions — prior to additional commitments?
