Sirenusa Deceived Us

Dear Source:
We went along with the smaller project apprehensively but with assurances from the developer that the project would be completed expeditiously and impact minimally on the neighborhood. Now we feel we have been hoodwinked and left to feel the impact for years to come in a most deceitful manner. We have lost the view down at pool level; the dirt and noise have caused rentals of our home to decrease by 60% not to mention higher maintenance costs to our grounds and pool because of all the dust. If a new zoning was reissued to Sirenusa, we would lose most of our view at the upper main porch level. We would never have agreed to this kind of rape of the land. Can't they just be happy with getting approval for the original smaller project? LESS is BETTER.
