Audubon Club Meeting Has Changed Venue

Dec. 11, 2006 The Audubon Club of St. Thomas will hold its annual membership meeting at 3 p.m., on Sunday, Dec. 17, at the Nisky Center, 2nd Floor, Room 720 (UVI Training Center). The general public is invited.
Birdwatchers, young and old, novice or advanced, will all get a chance to meet other birders on the islands and exchange information on their sightings. A slide show on local and migrating birds will be shown to learn techniques in identifying birds. The up-coming plans and activities for the winter will also be discussed, including trips to Puerto Rico, Anegada, Dominica, Tortola and St. Croix.
The guest speaker will be Olasee Davis, UVI's natural resources specialist from St. Croix. Two awards will be presented as well as two prizes.
