Dear Source:
It is my firm belief that the VI Government after thorough investigation should ONLY purchase and retain a percentage of the Vitelco shares – a minimum of 60%. This will ensure that we the people would forever own the majority shares in so critical an entity. In that way it would be impossible for any other group of shareholders to overpower and outsmart us with this one.
Additionally, it should be noted that many of the neighboring English speaking islands have a similar system in place, and are currently way ahead of us in terms of their communications capabilities.
