Brief: Governor Opens a New Site on the Internet

Jan. 8, 2007 — The territory's new governor has launched a new website, closing down his campaign and transition sites.
The latest government news now appears on the web at www.governordejongh.com, according to a news release from the governor's office. The new site will provide information about the administration, biographical sketches of Gov. John deJongh and Lt. Gov. Gregory Francis and press releases from the administration about policies, appointments and initiatives.
In the future the site will also host audio and video files, the news release says.
Job applicants should now submit their resumes to the attention of the Director of Personnel.
