Dear Source:
In my opinion, Judge Kendell has crossed the line of good judicial practice. I support those asking for his resignation. I feel he has spoiled the island's reputation, and disgraced his profession. Because of him the people are less secure and have less respect for the law. He has created an atmosphere of insecurity, disbelief and embarrassment. As a former mental health employee, I can imagine the impact his efforts are having on the general public, women and law-abiding citizens. This is not an isolated occurrence because the world has access to the Virgin Islands via the Internet.
