I agree completely with Shaun Pennington's assessment about Larry King's sensationalized segment regarding Jamie Cockayne's murder. I was appalled while watching. It was indeed one sided and biased. While I understand the grief and anger the Cockaynes are feeling at the loss of their beloved son, I do not believe that with this type if exposure they are helping the situation or our dedicated the law inforcement officers achieve their goal of a conviction of the perpertrators of this crime.
In rushing the VIPD to make arrests they may be jepordizing their case with regard to proper evidence collection as Judge Kendall pointed out with the failure to provide "convincing evidence " at the pre-trial detention hearing.
We all want justice done for this brutal murder and all the other yet to be solved homicides. The Cockaynes need to back off and let the Police do their jobs without interference.
