V.I. Held Hostage by Tourist Dollars?

Dear Source:
Well in response to the gentleman that feels he will not be coming back to the St. John because of Judge Kendall's decision I say this "I sincerely wish you the best, WHEREVER you may go"! Wow, isn't it amazing, in a country where criminals with money waltz out of court daily and prey upon society, that those with more financial resources feel they have autonomy over the "locals" who depend on them to spend money in the territory. Here is a newsflash for you, the V.I. will survive, whether or not you stay in your crime free America or venture somewhere else.
