Airport Problems Are Nightmarish

Dear Source:
A week ago two friends and I spent three consecutive days going to the airport to get a flight out. Consequently, I wish to report the following problems encountered on Saturday, August 11, Sunday, August 12, and Monday, August 13:
*TSA lines were moving efficiently in the area where customers wait for customs and immigration clearance
*Machines which take checked baggage after those lines were not all operative
*Lines for personal and carry-on baggage screening were very long; TSA personnel in one line on Saturday did not pull a customer out until she had tried walking through the metal detector four times, thus holding up the process
*Air conditioning in the waiting area was not working–we spent four hours there each day and had to sit in front of the huge fans for any relief
*Spirit airlines' waiting room was an oven on Monday *Only one parking lot attendant was working on Saturday and Sunday
This was a nightmare. It seems there is enough blame to spread around. I sincerely hope someone gets to the bottom of this. Exhausted,

Dena Langdon
