Stephen St. Rose Dead at 70

Jan. 3, 2008 – Stephen St. Rose, also known as "Baykay," died on Monday, Dec. 24, at the Cleveland Clinic.
He is survived by his wife, Olivia St. Rose; adopted children: Georges St. Rose and Gerard St. Rose; step-children: Benedict Shillingford, Maria Challenger and Ursuline Khan; brothers: Eloi, Mark, Peter and Felix Sylvester and Kenneth, Ambrose, Angelo, Bernard, Hilary, Paul, Herman and Leonard St. Rose; and sisters: Bertha Nation, and Bernadette and Julie St. Rose. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A viewing will be held from 10-11 a.m., on Saturday, Jan. 5, at South Side Pentecostal Church in Christiansted. A funeral service will follow at 11 a.m., at the church. Interment will be at Kingshill Cemetery.
