Fifth Constitutional Convention to Hold Hearings

The Legislative Committee of the Virgin Islands Fifth Constitutional Convention is holding public hearings on the language proposed by the 4th Constitutional Convention's Article V (legislative branch), specifically, as it relates to the formation and responsibilities of the V.I. Legislature.
The St. Croix hearings will be held at 7 p.m., on Wednesday, March 5, at UVI's Great Hall.
