Dear Source:
Mr. Johansen's idea of using Buck Island as an alternative site for the floating bar/restaurant. Leylon Sneed is equally as unsuitable as using Christmas Cove. Buck Island is also a marine sanctuary. It is a daytime destination for many sailing vessels providing tours for cruise ship passengers as well as the Atlantis submarine trips. It is not a good overnight anchorage, year round.
I am hard-pressed to think of a suitable anchorage or need for this type of endeavor.
