Teen Line Is Recruiting Volunteers

May 20, 2008 – Teen Line is recruiting outreach and peer phone-counselor volunteers for its upcoming summer training sessions, which begin in June.
Adults and young people are encouraged to apply for the training sessions that will be held on St. Croix and St. Thomas. All volunteers must maintain a strict code of confidentiality and are eligible to receive community service hours in exchange for their service.
Teen Line is a program of Lutheran Social Services of the Virgin Island that offers free and confidential peer-to-peer phone counseling for young people.
