District Holds Summer School for Senior High School Students

June 14, 2008 – Charlotte Amalie High and Ivanna Eudora Kean High will hold summer school for senior high school students. The programs will meet from 8:15 a.m. to 1:20 p.m., Monday, June 16 through Tuesday July 22. Classes will convene each day, and students may attend either program, according to a press release from Insular Superintendent of Schools for the St. Thomas-St. John District Jeanette Smith-Barry.
The courses being offered include: English, Physical Science, Biology I and II, Algebra, Geometry, Intermediate Algebra, Caribbean History, V.I. History, U.S. History, Spanish I and II, and Physical Education.
Fees are $100 per course, plus a $25 non-refundable registration fee, payable by cash or money order only. Students are not allowed to take more than two courses.
