June 30, 2008 – The Virgin Islands Parole Board will meet at 9:30 a.m., on Wednesday, July 2, at the Golden Grove Adult Correctional Facility on St. Croix to consider the applications for parole for the following inmates, according to a press release from the Department of Justice, Office of the Attorney General.

Eduardo Garcia Jr.—- Murder 2nd Degree
Joseph Woodfolk—- Attempted Murder 1st Degree
John Roebuck—- Assault 3rd Degree
Lionel Baron—- Assault 1st Degree
Auguste Charemagne—- Child Abuse; Aggravated Rape
Alf Smith—- Assault 3rd Degree
Ashielle Webster—- Robbery 1st Degree
Laurie Francis—- Embezzlement
The parole board will also hold a revocation hearing for Aldelbert Nico.
Anyone interested in giving information to the board or testifying at the hearing must submit written comments to the board or advise the board of his or her desire to appear and testify. The board must receive such notices at least 24 hours prior to the hearing date.
