July 1, 2008 – Rosita Theolinda Kelly of Sunny Isle Housing died on June 25. She was 75 years old.
She is survived by her daughters: Patricia Peters, Jacqueline Leonce and Janice Isaac; sons: George Gillian Sr., Jule and Calvert Peters; grandchildren: Blondell, Nadine, Katisha, Heidi, Kevin, Travis, Bernard Jr., Kevin and Nina Peters, Christopher, Latoya, Cherissa, Chelsea, Tyler, Rochel, Tasha, Onasis, Thomas, Jay and Patrick Charles, Nigel and Anthony Drew, Beldon Gregory, Alysia Gillian, Ferrel Samuel, Isamba and Viola Parker and George Byam; and 13 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by sisters: Petrnella and Janis Francis; brothers: John, Ephraim, Vernon and Gene Francis; special friends: Ineta Hector and Magdaline Roberts, the Francis family and the Tobit family; as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
There will be a viewing held at 9 a.m., on Wednesday, July 9, at Hope Friedenstal Moravian Church, followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m., at the church. Internment will be at Moravian Church Cemetery.
