Department of Labor to Close Some Offices for Three Hours

July 9, 2008 – There will be an interruption of services in the Department of Labor's Workforce Development Offices located at Sunny Isle Shopping Center, Mini Mall No. 4 and Store No. 4, from 2-5 p.m., on Thursday, July 10, for professional development, according to a press release from Commissioner of Labor Albert Bryan Jr.
This interruption will only affect customers seeking training, employment services or youth services. The Unemployment Insurance Office will remain open for service to customers during normal operating hours. The resource labs, except the one located in the Mini Mall, will also remain available to customers.
The DOL apologizes for any inconvenience this action may cause and thanks the public for its patience and cooperation.
