This is just a sham.
Internal Affiars will state the minor was at fault and bury the report. Ask Internal Affairs how many reports have been received in the past 6 months against police personel and what actions were taken if any.
Novelle Framcis will take no action. Any police who witnessed the event will be relocated or claim they did see what occurred. The minor will be made to look like a hoodlum.
There is a culture of abuse within that department. Just ask the Acting Chief about his abusive actions. It is well known within the police force.
Sounds like as usual and we wonder why they are not respected.
What a joke.
