July 15, 2008 – Warren Franklyn (Frankie) Finley Roebuck, age 58, resident of Stone Mountain, Georgia, died on Saturday, July 12.
He was born on St. Croix to the late Haidie Finley and Arturo F. Roebuck. He is survived by his daughter, Tamiko Sticatto; son, Wesley; sisters: Rita Rothman, Yvonne R. Hanschen, Sonia Ferdinand, Reemo Edwards, Mary Roebuck and Edna R. Soto; and brothers: Lucien Fuertes, Arturo E. Roebuck and Lauritz H. Roebuck. He is also survived by uncle, Larry Finley; nieces: Chandra R. Kier, Regina, Lucy, Jackie and Vicky Haidie, Michael Santos, Marilyn and Michelle Roebuck, LaVerne R. Lester, Sheree, Lisa, Natalie and Jade Roebuck, Letitia R. Patterson, Norma and Tanasha Roebuck; and nephews: Frank Ramsingh Jr., Capt. Harry Fuentes, Darren Roebuck, Troy Roebuck, David Soto and Deinon Schuster. Other survivors include special family and friends: Maren Roebuck, Joseph Bradford, Helen Roebuck, Mae Adams Cornwall, Stanley F. Sneed Jr. and family, Carlos Steel, Howard O'Neal, Arthur Powell, Irene Jenkins and family, Gloria Lang and family, Arnold Jeffers and family, John Bridgewater and family, Michael and Liam Kier, Yvonne Lombardi; and other friends and relatives too numerous to mention.
There will be a viewing held at 10 a.m., followed by a funeral service at 10:30 a.m., on Thursday, July 24, at Holy Cross Catholic Church, Christiansted. Interment follows at the Christiansted Cemetery.
