Our purpose is to provide these young men with a positive outlet for their energy, promote good sportsmanship and get the community involved with our youth. These are the same young men that will one day be leaders our community."
All coaches are reminded to bring copies of all players' birth certificates to the game. The tournament is funded and supported by the Virgin Islands Police Department, TRAXCO and The Horse Owners Association.
