Brief: Hours Extended for Voter Registration

Aug. 12, 2008 — Voters in the St. Thomas-St. John District will have an extra two hours to register to vote Tuesday through Thursday, with the Board of Elections Office at No. 22 Crystal Gade, Charlotte Amalie, staying open until 7 p.m.
Proof of citizenship in the form of a birth certificate or U.S. passport or naturalization certificate is required to register, according to a news release from the Board of Elections. For more information, call 340-774-3107.
