Aug. 14, 2008 – Myrtle N. Claxton of Clifton Hill died on Aug. 9, at Gov. Juan F. Luis Hospital. She was 82 years old.
She is survived by her sons: Eustace Sr. and Wendell Roper; grandchildren: Cory, Elvis, Eustace Jr., Hance, Joyce, Kwamie, Lomo, Michelle, Miguel, Tamara, Tanya, Trina, Troy and Vern Roper; and many great-grandchildren She is also survived by sisters: Gweneth Hodge, Shirley Barry and Wilma Claxton; brother-in-law: Anthony Hodge; as well as many other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A funeral service will take place on Monday, Aug. 18, at Midland Wesleyan Holiness Church. Interment will follow at Kingshill Cemetery.
